I was at the border after I shortly messaged icarus about a situation there, whilst waiting I didn't want to approach just yet until I knew he was there and safe to approach prior to this situation I had no roleplay or incidents with these people. When I got back in my car at the time my intention were to just reverse and wait, however then my car was shot at. A bullet also hit me inside the car, this is where I felt I was RDM. As no initiations nor Roleplay was made from Finchyy when he shot at my vehicle. Both icarus and Mikeoneill and Finchyy himself have all admited he shot at the vehicle.
My friend was in teamspeak with me and as I've rarely been needed to try resolve situation of RDM etc as I normally let them blow over. We waited 20 minutes for Finchyy to play his game of league when he stated when joined that "shooting at a cars tires without initiation is allowed"
My friend dcert then started recording to confirm he said that however he refused to talk and also denied to write that in black and white as he claims it wasn't attempted RDM and had no reason to initiate prior to shooting at my vehicle. So therefore there report has ended up here as Finchyy and his friends claim it wasn't RDM. The situation however was resolved with Mikeoneill and I no action shall be taken against him. In the situation I've included evidence of nothing happened previously, and the situation started at 2:20 when I got shot.
