The 2 users were in a stolen police car trying to pull me over and decided to ram my vehicle causing myself and them to blow up and die.

With the video length, it is very difficult to determine whether or not this is just a simply road accident or whether it was intentional VDM.

There could be many factors to this crash being;

• Desync
  
• Couldn't slow down in time
  
• Lost control of vehicle, etc
  

...from this video, I am unable to determine correctly whether this was VDM or just an accident.

I am going to put it down as an accident unless you can provide further evidence proving the intent.
