Please (in detail) describe the incident: Good morning/evening to whoever may read this.

Grove and NSC were in a gun fight which went on for quite some that lead to myself getting shot and downed in safehouse gardens next to Grove parking, After some time went on and the shots came to a end I get put into a vehicle via vehicle placement while I was behind a solid fence which I believe breaks rule C2.2.

I did make a comment in LOOC about what just happened but unfortunately I got no response.

In my eyes the body was on the safe house side as I wouldn’t even try to bother getting the body if it was on the other side, I didn’t clip this as I didn’t feel like I was doing anything wrong? When I have been on the other side of the fence and people have tried picking me up or try putting me into a car etc it never works always says too far etc. in my eyes though you was literally on the safe house side.
Also you was exactly where the car is on the slant of it just outside the fence in my eyes hence why I put the car the way I did. If you was on the other side I wouldn’t have even tried it, I backed the vehicle up as I knew you was on the outside as I seen you.

I don’t have much to say to this I’ll be honest as I don’t think I broke any rule.

Hello both.

Before I give the outcome of this report I'd like to address something which has been said prior.

When I have been on the other side of the fence and people have tried picking me up or try putting me into a car etc it never works always says too far etc.

This has been extensively tested and the conclusion is that it is very much possible to do through the fence from various distances and angles.

That being said, with the evidence provided by @LX_TRICKS and testing done by the staff team combined with the lack of pov from @Courtss I have come to the following decision.
