What best describes this incident ?: VDM/RDM/ no intention to rp?

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was driving my friend to the city hall, when the guy flew into me at high speeds, and told me off. I told him: "what color is that fucking light? RED! Why did you ram me?", and he got pissed and chased after me for like 3 minutes, before smashing into my car several times. This broke my car, and i proceeded to get out of the car. He then started ramming me, ramming cars into me. This murdered me. My friend called another friend and told him to get over there. He came, and the guy started ramming his car as well. He then stabbed my friend, and left.

The link provided does not seem work just wanted to point that out, please fix this and link all evidence relevant to this report so when a member of staff reviews it they have everything they need to proceed properly

Is there not a longer video that sheds more context on the situation? 3-5 minutes of footage before the initial rule break occurs?

So I see in the description of what's gone on here, there seems to be some context on what happened prior to what's shown on the clips itself. The clips only show the other person ramming and killing you lot NOT the interaction that happened before this, I simply do not feel comfortable approving the report based on what I have here. Id feel more comfortable if there were longer clips however from what I can see there is none. I will be declining this report.

Side Note: If you are being hit by a car, I would advise roleplaying being injured not sulking mid RP. Remember "(G2.3) Roleplay Everything". Doesn't mean that if someone else is giving off low quality RP you do the same, you should always roleplay to the best of ones ability no matter the situation. That goes for everyone in this situation. I won't hand out any warnings just a friendly heads up to get better. Thank you.​
