Me and my colleague pull up in Kavala to find a roadblock. A player named CORBAN shouts "PUT YOUR HANDS UP" and "I want your gun" numerous times, I try to gently calm him down by telling him to lower his pistol and eventually pull out my gun and tell him that if he does not holster his pistol I would have to seize it. He proceeds to shoots me.After this one of his friends kills me without engaging in any RP.
NOTE: I would not want his friend Heisenberg to face any punishment as he understood what he did is wrong via TS chat.

Its impossible for me to judge what the reasons for this outcome - but even without hearing your voice Im very unsure why you would even be remotely unsure as to what would happen if you decided to pull your weapon out? You have 10+ armed rebels around you and instead you decide to pull your weapon out?

You have 25 seconds of constant iterations from the guy asking for your weapon and asking for you to put your hands up - you do neither, you pull your weapon out instead and then you're surprised that they shoot you? In my opinion, Heisenberg did nothing wrong there - the gunfight was on, RP went out the window the second you decided to pull your weapon out and CORBAN shot you.

As he did not state he had any friends in the area + he did not have a big gun + most rebels had their guns holstered and did not pose any threat towards us( I assumed he was not affiliated with any rebels in the area) I could not take him seriously.  

I am reporting Corban for (7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP.I consider his initiation pretty invalid as he did not state any kind of consequence of what would have happened if I did not comply.

Just for my future references, if someone does not state that he has allies in the area, is any armed rebel able to shoot back at us if we shoot a certain individual?

Ok - so it seems to me that you're more ruleplaying, than roleplaying at this point. Either way, I cant establish what RP was had between you as you have no audio of your voice.

If you kill a rebel, as you did - you definitely need to consider who were with him. However, what you're getting at is a fair point - had he not made his intentions clear (not issuing compliance) and had he not let you know that he wasnt alone, then in my opinion his friends wouldnt have been able to initiate the firefight - but as you shot him the situation opened up.
