We were lockpicking the truck and all of a sudden we got shot dead, the opposing gang later said they initiated and gave many warnings to all of us, but in the video the only guy moving around from their side is talking with max not me. Also we had MicCaps looking at coNz who also got shot, but was never even close to the only guy who "initiated". Even if the guy on the road talking did initiate, it couldn't count for MicCaps who was further away.

you can hear the initiator at around 40 seconds in the video, and may i also point out that its best to report only 1 person and not the whole gang, i was there at the time of this incident and i don't see anything wrong with it. 

 
As I am one of the gang members active in the situation I will also comment. At the start of his initiation you hear him say both that means he isn’t talking to one person. Tbh it’s not our fault that your radio communications are not clear all we hear in the video is our guy start to initiate and then the rest is really loud talking over the radio. It’s not our fault you didn’t hear the initiation because people are shouting all I can suggest is muting radio so you can hear people initiation in game. Would also like to ask why you didn’t contact us in ts it could of been easily resolved there rather than making a pointless report on a whole gang.

 
@A D A M Max was the one lockpicking the truck, Miccaps was near coNz who was in the bush. No way he heard any of the initiation. It only went on me and max, so killing Miccaps should be RDM.

@A D A M and I'd argue your threatening part of the initiation is very poor. you said "shoot you" which is considered low quality and said it just ONCE. While initiating you just looked at the truck, not really pointing at anybody or targeting someone. It was very "general" and not what a robbery in real life would look like.

The second I shot and killed the person lockpicking it was an active gunfight meaning the person in the bush didn't need his own personal initiation, also the initiation was not "poor" I asked multiple times for you to put your hands up, i said I had friends setup and that you would be shot with enough time to comply, what more do I need to say? 

Calling poor rp is just a sad excuse after you died, like I said you need to get over it as we didn't break a rule.

Also why did you never attempt to resolve? Would have prevented a lot of hassle and you looking silly.

 
@VincPikk Initiation took place the reason you didn't hear it is because your TS/discord volume is to loud so you cant hear anything in game.
