I had parked my car in Safezone (the parking lot) so i could sell my apples, when i proceeded to unlock my car a guy named "Conor" stole my vehicle, he then rammed into my friends car(His name is Ryan Miller) and exploded it, he didnt respond to anything we said to him and proceeded to drive away.
After 2 minutes he then drove back and drove into a cop car, and ran over to me there were waiting for a medic to come and revive Ryan Miller, he never responded to anything we said nor what other people said. When i found my offroad and locked it he ran over and took the backpack with a toolkit out of it's inventory. I only have a screenshot of the car when it's broken sadly.
