we just shot his friend, and he decide to vdm me, https://gyazo.com/fa8542a5d70c24dc0aac56078f0164f2 here he admit to vdm. the video will be added shortly after. it is not 5minuts but it will show more then enough.
i then received comp from this person and asked him if he learned anything from this, which he responded to with"no not at all but enjoy the money tho"
i do not wish for him to receive a ban, instead a staff making him aware that there are rules to be followed.

You aske me for compansation. I gave it to you. Don't ask me questions after it and saying that you will make the next step after I gave you a anwser. You asked 350k, I gave you 500k because I know I was wrong. Stop it there...

I was there when the situation happend. 

In OOC @B3njqm1n said first that it was a accident. He lost control over his chopper and that made him crash. Then a couple minutes later he put in OOC that he did not care because he was role playing as a suicide terrorist because we killed his friend. After paying the compensation he still stated that he did not break any rules.

@Nakraza thanks for the add, anyways as stated in report and ingame. i asked you if you learbed anything like if it was vdm or not. and all you said was no not at all enjoy the money though.

now i think you.slightly misunderstood the comp, even though i told you in ooc that comp is for my gear and it does not make your actions right. you just use money to break rules.

so here are the reasons why this post is up.

you broke the rule vdm

you lied in ooc when trying to resolve, take quotes from nakraza.

you did not care about the rulebreak and you said you learned nothing and that it was not vdm.

because of some reason my spacebars in the main post were replaced as 20% please remove that to have a working link, since i am on my phone i can fix it. sorry for the inconveniece.

This is were i come in, he was wrong he know he did we explained it to him but it is unfair if you guys agreed on a compensation and you wouldnt report him after you got the money you say to him im going to teach you a lesson and report you.
you told him if he paid you you would report him so be fair dude.

And his reaction if he learned from it was because you acted like he is a 5 year old kid who doesnt understand sh*t. (Sorry for my language)

first of all, i never said anything about report, second of all i told him the comp is for my gear, but the main thing is for him to understand what he did wrong. at no point did i threat with a report or did i even bring up the report.

and if you guys claim that i did then i would like to see the screenshot, and as far as i can see... are you saying that a comp makes everything right? if so i would love to give back the comp continue this report and file a comp request after this gets accepted.

and no i am not acting like a 5 year old, i am trying to make him understand that pure vdm is not allowed. which he didnt get, since he said he didnt learn anything and that the money would fix all. 

at the end, why are you commenting on this again? i dont see any involvement of you in this...

and like i said before, after this i wont comment again and wait for staff opinion. and i would like to ask nakraza and all involved to do the same, unless further evidence can be delivered.
