Please (in detail) describe the incident
Connor Moore using the ARAC chat for things other than repair, he has done this more than once but I never got the chance to capture it. Not sure if this is anything bannable but I also sent another report not long ago with proof of him playing as ARAC on duty without uniform. Again not sure if those 2 combines is anything worth thinking about but just to be sure.
