Please (in detail) describe the incident: Heyy. I'm putting up this report for staff overview from my side of a situation that occurred last night. Police and Vagos have been having a fair few fights starting from either side. Last night a fight had broke out due to I believe some members being chased down the highway/roads cause a shoot out to begin. I was not a part of this shoot out and went changed my cars not once but twice, as i was changing cars i didnt so much as even shot a bullet in this fight. I had placed all my items away into a car and brought out another car , marked to me but no yellow colours or wearing any type of gang colour. My intention was to look to see if i could provide some comms/pick up anyone that was down. I have some difficulties even finding where the fight was ongoing or where people may be hurt. Once finding this at maze bank i stop for a few seconds to have a look for any of our people which is when the black hawk begins to shoot. I understand at this point why i'm somewhat being shot but the Blackhawk continues to chase for around 2 miles and even with my hands in the air chose to shoot to down someone when they were of no threat. To me this is RDM as whilst i MAY or could have been a threat at the hospital there is no way to justify travelling 2 miles attempting to shoot 2 people down who you couldn't even guarantee who they were as there was no RP for me or my side. *EDIT* I'm not sure of the exact time and i was awaiting contact from a staff i had reached out to, decide wether i would be best to deal with this in RP or not. The time was around 10:30 pm could have been a little earlier.

seeing as this report is on staff, staff leads will have to deal with it so it may take a bit longer, though i will make them aware of it.

Your video shows you clearly involved in, and assisting your fellow vagos gang members in a vagos v police situation. Yet you complain about being shot. There is nothing random here. If anything, it would be a police use-of-force issue which could be pursued in RP. I will not be responding anymore to this grasping-at-straws report, unless asked to by a staff lead.

I will leave you with this quote from yourself.

You either stay clear, and don't get involved, or you get involved and risk getting shot. Can't try and get involved then report those who dish out the consequences of your actions.

I will keep my reply short to this.

Intelligence was given to NPAS-99 that your vehicle was seen shooting police officers on the ground during that gunfight, NPAS-99 acted accordingly to neutralise the perceived threat, you were clearly involved in the gunfight.

I think its important to put some context on this, your group decamped at Pillbox Upper and opened fire at police almost 25 minutes before this, and continued to drive-by Police and Civilians in one of the most populated areas of the state. I think its safe to say any RP Opportunities at this time were well passed, and quite frankly, had been thrown down the drain long before this.

Being shot with your hands up? RP Issue.

Again my intention was to possibly provide comms/pick people up? both clips show I could actually not do either of those things, this was only my intention. Again the shootout had nothing to do with me as i explained I wasn't a part of this journey you all had with vagos down the highway or where ever it was and it staff would like i can show the full situation from my side prior but other than this. I had literally pulled up and the moment i did i was shot. It makes no sense within RP for police to continue to shoot to kill someone 2 miles out and to me that is RDM.I will respond if staff need me for any other information.
