Please (in detail) describe the incident: story start when we rope person with the right steps then he called his gang and one of them shoot me from out of the green zone when I was in clothing shop in Kavala then after 30 mins I was walking to the motor in Kavala and someone of them shot me without any 1 word and kill me and his friend come and revive me and that is not allowed also and shot me again and revive and shot me again Killing Without Initiation and revive and re kill 2 times

Hello,

Enough time has passed to allow everyone to have replied here or added any extra information. 
So going through this there is a lot going on here and a lot of rule breaks.
Your video throws us straight into the deep end of you already been downed and a situation has already taken place. 

0:00 - 1:20 - We first hear you speak to your friend via an alternate chat (Teamspeak/Discord) due to being un able to translate is very hard to get a grip of what the conversation is about however you can clearly hear "Open fire on him".  From getting a member of the community to translate from Arabic to English CORDE is giving out tactical information about the person that shot him at the location and that he can "shoot him as soon as you see him".

1:28 - CORDE says "Your friend killing me without any initiate and I can report it"

1:40 - Ronald speaks about how he knows they are snake gang because they don't have a mask on.

1:56 - CORDE "Fuck you and your friends I can report you all"

Most of the video after is just a disagreement between both players, breaking RP continuedly no use of any // OOC in chat.

7:40 - CORDE is being revived by Combo who tells him if he pulls a gun he will be killed, CORDE then says "I don't talk with you if you want to talk we will talk with the Admins"

Once revived the first time is told to not pull out a gun and to lay down,  was given other commands to not run away, CORDE clearly shows no intent to listen or follow to the demands walks off and gets killed.

8:30 - Ronald tells him if he goes to the green zone he will be combat logging and he will get him banned. 

9:00 - Again Ronald tells him if he goes to the green zone he will get him banned for failed RP.

After being revived the second time ignores demands to lay on the floor and not move till they get zip ties , CORDE again ignores this and gets shot again. 

9:30 - CORDE "Your gonna get banned cause you revive me and and kill me again see you" *Bleeds out*

Awesome now that the video has been broken down lets look at the rule breaks - 

CORDE -
A4.4 - While you are downed you may not divulge tactical information to anyone. You are clearly shown at the start telling your friends in discord where the person that shot you are and to shoot them straight away.
A2.1 - You must remain in character at all times, unless a uniformed Admin authorises you to speak out of character. Roleplay everything. - You are constantly breaking RP when downed not once using //.
C1.14 -  Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. As seen above said several times that you say you will report and get them banned.
 

CORDE you could have done far more to try resolve it and not to Break RP in future use the side chat to discuss disagreements. You were told an insane amount of times to not run off not pull a gun ETC yet you still try, they have provided RP and given you fair time to comply they are in their right to shoot you here. To remind you retreating to a green zone to avoid conflict is also a rule break
(5.1.6) You must not exploit the green zone to avoid ongoing hostile roleplay. Retreating into a green zone is forbidden.

For the said above you will be receiving a 1 Day ban.

A3.2 - Metagaming, you say in the video that you knew the persons gang is Snakes because he doesn't have a mask, you admit that you are looking above their head to identify the gang they are in. This is metagaming and you should find it out in RP.
