AS you can see in the clip there is 2 incidents of VRDM(Throughout this I were in a cop chase)The 1st incident Where I were going straight on a road and he turned into the side of my truck... For the 2nd one I was driving across a field still being chased by the police and he again crashed into the side of me and blew me up.

It was just an accident though. If you didn't look at your map then you would have noticed me before turning into me. I was going pretty much parallel with you until you decided to start turning at which point there's nothing I can do. If you spoke to me first instead of going straight to a report then you would have known this.

Having reviewed all evidence put forward from both sides it clearly shows 2 different sides to the situation. From the trucks point of view, it looks like clear VDM but from the SUV's side, it does not. That would lead me to believe it was desync that caused this situation. As such there will be no punishment given.

However, Having spoken to the driver of the police car following you and reviewing evidence they have provided to myself I will say this.

@Mr Coco the way you were driving was borderline at certain times and in other situations could lead to VDM so I advise you to be a bit more careful with how you are driving with other vehicles around.
