Please (in detail) describe the incident

after we got a notification of our blackmarket being taken we decided to head there and solve that problem, when we arrived we noticed 2 behicles leaving. 1x4wd and 1xblack suv.
when we landed we decided to stock up on ammo and check out the place when the suv came back. we decided to take him and see what he has to say.
however he failed to comply and got his vehicle dissabled and jumped out then got taken. when he was in our possesion he decided to ignore us and not say anything and got him self killed.
then our pilot spotted the 4wd and we lifted off to go get them aswell, when we randomly took fire from a hill from our left (at that time i thought it came from right) , you can see him in the video driving down on the left. after a bit simon spotted him and told us where he was. and we decided to head back and land.
BOSH went up to him and got greeted by a gun and shot without him saying anything, and we decided to engage him as he lethaly tried to harm bosh.
i found out about his name when he killed simon.


WE CALLED HIM TO TS YET HE THINKS THAT HE DID NOTHING WRONG, @bosh can confirm this.

I already spoke to an admin about this. His in game name was creator chris im not sure about his ts name etc
