I was in the Kavala Police station looking at the map due to an operation that was going by the RBA international reserve then I heard gun shot . The next thing that I knew I was on the ground . The person did not engage in any role play before this happen. This break rule (6.2.1) You must not attempt to kill anyone in a blue zone and (2.2) Random Death match (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play.

alright, since you dont have a video, it is very hard for me to tell he actually shot you in the pd. 
i am not saying you are lying. but if i take decision, i need to be 100% sure. The person has broken a rule. 
in order to put a ban in place. and unfortnally i am in this not 100% sure. for al i know you maybe got shot just outside the bleuzone. 
And someone dragged you in. 

So i gonna have to reject this report. due there is no video evidence provided.
