I was standing around with a couple others at the kavala car shop and as you can see in the video the guy makes a beeline straight into the group before smacking a wall.This is the third time a red suv being driven by "Chris" did this,unfortunaly shadowplay doesnt work so i had to use Record feature so i dont have evidence on these,but all of the infractions prompted me to make a report as the player clearly doesn;t care about rules or the server.
I attempted to contact him but there were 2 chris on the phone listing and neither responded.
