Please (in detail) describe the incident: So I was looking for a phone in the boxes in prison and Chloe Diamond walks up to me and my friend at the boxes and starts accusing him of "talking shit" about her family. She then proceeds to stab me and him without saying a word to me at all. Tried to resolve in teamspeak but i wasn't happy with their reasoning. Sick of shit rp from triads and being killed for no reason other than there is "beef between the gangs" when there is a truce in the war at the minute. (blurred part of the video when i go to discord for privacy reasons)

Hi, I am quite confused on why this report has even been submitted since we spoke in Team Speak last night after the incident. I cleared up everything in this call and you seemed satisfied with my responses. Since everything was resolved last night I assumed this would be the end of the issue. This whole situation was planned after Jet told me on radio that Siren said "Triads scalped her" to police while at the prison being processed. After I was told this was said, I planned knifes to be brought through my G6 connections. Which was 30 minutes prior to the stabbing and Lily was also given a knife to back me up in the situation if it went wrong. This is not classed as RDM at all. The "beef between the gangs" is on pause due to us waiting for higher ups to talk, that doesn't mean I can't stab you in prison. Both of you had to die in the situation, otherwise you would assist each other. Don't appreciate being called out for 'Shit RP', when this was planned well. There are also gaps in the clips, they seem to be edited down. 

 
Hello there, I was also involved in this situation, especially the pre-planning of this scenario.

I was visiting a fellow Triad in prison when I overheard a Hustler (Siren) snitching to the cops about getting scalped by the Triads. Fortunately for me, Siren (the Hustler who snitched) was not aware of my presence at the time so I was able to overhear her conversation with the police. In RP, my char knows that the majority of Hustlers are police informants so we wanted to punish her for that hence why we planned a stabbing trough fully so she would get what she deserved, which she did.

Also do not forget the fact that we are still at war with the Hustler's and that it is only temporary on-hold and will continue very soon once we finally get around to speak to your leads, if you snitch or talk trash about us while still being in active war with us, you can expect your actions to have consequences.

I will also link the clip of me overhearing her talk to the cops about getting scalped by the Triads below. As you can see, this was not random deathmatch whatsoever and proper RP when through to get the ball rolling on this scenario. As I told you in TeamSpeak when we spoke about it after the situation, this was not random and a lot of effort went into this to get the ball rolling. This will be my first and only reply to this report as I have nothing more to add to this case.

I never felt satisfied with the chat on TS and I thought I made that pretty clear by saying multiple times that i thought the reasoning was a bit of a stretch. Chloe said nothing to me about what was said to police before killing me with a knife? so how was I suppose to be aware that she knew? It is still RDM because the reason she seemed to give for killing me was that Tommy was "talking shit", when in reality he wasn't really. you informed me also in teamspeak that Tom deck informed you through text that me and Tommy were going to Jail so this seems more like you were trying to find any reason to kill us as revenge for something that has nothing to do with us. 

There is also no gaps in the clips. They both show the exact same situation from a different POV. The only thing edited is when I blurred my screen when switching to discord for privacy reasons which I stated in the report.

Its still random though? You can't even for example hire a hitman in city without the RP being exceptional. Our party had no idea, we were going to be attacked and also we didn't provoke the situation. Like we say the war is on 'hold' been informed multiple times neither party can touch each other. it was obvious you were looking to just kill us for the 'crack' Siren's character said she felt unsafe to the G6 as she heard triads on the other side of the wall, she didn't 'snitch' If you come up to us and stab us with almost scripted-like audio (that's what it felt like) with no provocation or no knowledge from our party we were going to be harmed it is still RDM. Just because its prison it doesn't make a difference on the rules. I can't just go around the city and be like 'oh hello, why are you chatting shit about my family' (didn't happen) to someone and then stab them.

Also the only edited part of any clip is siren's blurring out her discord.

 
Hello, From Tommy's clip you can see i was involved in the lead up to this situation first off from jets clip we all heard Siren trying to blame triads for something and which this was shouted through to her and through the building to hear and on then mentioned on the radio. When we had noticed Siren and Tommy had entered the prison we went up and spoke to them both. What you don't see from that clip is around 2-3 minutes roughly of conversation prior which seems odd that that's the point they both chose to cut the clips off. We had told siren before she ran off to the boxes that we heard her talking shit and how we mentioned about them not even fighting the war for their own gang and siren then ran off. Tommy stayed and somewhat argued the point back and fourth for over a minute or so on his own and then this is where his clip starts. I wont repeat what others have replied with as it becomes lengthy and uneeded but neither clips included by Siren or Tommy include the full situation

This will be my only response to this situation as whilst i didnt stab Tommy or Siren i was there directly for the full conversation

Unfortunately my clipping software is manual and because that conversation happened before the cut-off time of my software i didnt manage to grab it? maybe if you could post it for more clarity on the situation that would be good? I dont remember hearing you say anything to me about it to be honest unless you said it and i was out of range? I dont associate with Triads so therefore I avoid all possible conversation with them which is why I didn't get involved in the conversation and was very short with my responses. This isn't the first time i have been rdm'd by triads, it has happened before which i chose to speak to JuLong about in TS and didnt file a report because I am not trying to get anyone banned and although it has nothing to do with this report it gives some reasoning of why I may be less tolerant of these kind of situations now. I wont be commenting further as this is going back and forth pointlessly.

 
@PinkSprinkles yeah like you said... it was just a conversation. I can happily post the full thing as well but it seems irrelevant as that conversation should have no impact on what happened. Due to the fact it was just us saying what we've been told and you guys saying what you've been told.

 
I don't see how this report has even gone up as 'RDM'. There are many factors as to why you were both stabbed in prison, It was planned well within RP and its not just based off the 10 minute conversation we had in prison. I am clearly not going to tell you all the planning I did leading up to the stabbing in RP. We were at war, just because the war is 'paused' doesn't mean I can't stab you in prison. I made sure you were both stabbed without G6 seeing and both can't remember so there was no backlash for my character. I even asked at the end of the TS conversation if you had anymore questions and you basically said 'okay' to every response I gave you... Don't appreciate you throwing around the shit RP comment based off that one situation you lost. It's like you are only reporting me because I am a Triad member.

 
It is being brought up because it is relevant to the situation you are reporting me for Siren. 

 
Actually its irrelevant because the war is on hold and we have been told not to harm you and im sure yous have been told the same thing. All im saying now leaving it up to staff.

I know you said you aren't responding anymore i'm just quoting this aiming it towards Chloe and the way she stabbed siren. Not once do you mention to her about her 'talking shit' or anything along them lines before she ran away. You mention to us about not fighting in the war... which is also true but irrelevant to stabbing her without even saying anything to her. We were both out of the war anyway so this weird 'grudge' to do this is odd anyway. Realistically all you've done is walk up to us and stab us while just saying anything you could (to me not siren) at the time and trying to class it as RP so you could stab us both. Not gonna respond anymore either, staff can look and request anything if they want.

Like I have stated before, you were both stabbed and I made sure you both bleed out in RP as the other person would have just snitched. I couldn't have just stabbed one of you in the situation as it would have been a negative for my character. Remember your characters are dating within RP and both Hustlers members. So it makes sense for both to be dealt with. Reasoning for being stabbed again has been mentioned already so not commenting on that part yet again. 

 
Okay, so from what i am seeing from this report and also the videos i have seen here is that it is veryyyyyy clear that:

1. I would say that 'Chloe' and 'Siren' have some sort of dislike to eachother (in RP and possibly even OOC, which i hope not. Remember anything that happen in RP should stay in RP. Everyone is here to have fun)

2. Chloe and Siren and Triads Vs Hustlers are at a very tense stage in this "War" You all keep referencing. 

Now, from what i see here is a long situation of someone going to prison who is already essentially a "enemy" of triads and then also "snitching" to police about triads. Then there is a bit of back and forth between you all in jail and i imagine this scenario went on for maybe a hour or more. Lets face it, this obviously did take some pre-planning on chloe's part to even get a knife into jail. 

So, this report has come as no surpirse to me after seeing the evidence here and i think you all need to remember that you are roleplaying as "gangsters" and there will be a certain level of mistrust that a enemy wont just stab you in the back. 

I have come to the conclusion that i do not see whats "Random" about this stabbing. I would say, of course we would all like to see more RP from ANYONE before we are injured as that ends the scenario for you. However i will be declining this report based on the above facts/evidence.
