Please (in detail) describe the incident: Chico Ruiz was arrested for drug dealing, upon being arrested he made numerous comments about my charcaters religious clothing. He was told numerous times that he should be careful with his words and that the items are worn for religious purposes however he continued

He made comments like "Mophead" "I drive taxis for a living, like this guy should be doing" "I am not being racist, I am being Sikhist"

Very unneccesary comments, he was told numerous times to stop but failed to do so

We spoke on this topic so I will keep the outcome brief for the purposes of transparency.

In these pieces of evidence, I detect no malice or ill-intent towards you OOC, nor does it seem like the player is going into this situation with the intention of being racist or putting other people down. It seems very much like the user is not aware that the wording or phrasing may be descriminatory or derogatory and is simply reacting to the situation he is presented with within RP.

We will aim to educate and speak to the user, recording this internally should it come up again such that we can take action as needed.
