I was waiting in the rocks next to the drug dealer by kavala and as you can see in the video I rolled up on Cheslav and engaged him asking him to put his hands on his head x 2, he did not engage me in the slightest and just shot me in the head.

I asked Cheslav to join the TS to try to resolve this issue and after waiting in the TS for 45 minutes it became evident he was not coming.
I have spoken to a staff member (Fade) and showed him the evidence and he gave a verdict saying that it was Fail RP or Low Quality RP, so i then created this report.

Cheslav here.
I have a full record of my time on the server, and i cannot find you calling me to ts3, so i believe that you never did, that's why i never joined ts3 x:

I can agree that this can be considered fail RP ofc. I totally get that i shouldn't start shooting like a "retard", but i thought that my life was in danger and unfortunatelly i did start shooting at you. You basicly give me an order, and pointed you gun at me (what i consider a threat to my life).

Anyway, if you want, we can go on ts3, call a staff member, and try to discuss what happened.

Also, after some deliberation I am willing to forgive this incident and move forward from this. I hope you do as well.
