Please (in detail) describe the incident

Me and my friends scouted the metal exports and when we drove away from there and I picked up my friends, tis Cheslav stopped us in the middle of the road as you can see in the video. You can see that he keeps shooting my friend (Dave Dutch) when we stopped and he was downed. After that I got out of the vehicle and called the police as quick as I could before they got to me. The masked player is controlling me while Cheslav talks to my other friend friend (Blomberg). Then the masked player knocked out my friend (blomberg) and took his weapon. Then you can see that Cheslav is getting out from his vehicle and took out his gun and points it on Dave Dutch and shoot him. You cant hear him shoot because I have earplugs in my ears but you can see in the chat that Dave Dutch was killed by Cheslav and then they are driving away on a small road to east.

To be honest i do believe that it was.
The last time that i played on the server, was while the downed system was kinda new, and there you were able to excute them without roleplay (as long as you were the one that shot him down - with rp obviously), and i didn't check the rules since i came back, so had no idea that you cannot execute people without roleplay (even if you were the one that put them downed)

I do not agree with this.
Your friend who died text me in game, and i answered to him, telling him that i would gladly talk to him on ts3.
After a few messages between us he answered me "Nah man maybe tomorrow im going soon :)"

@Lindstrom if you wanna discuss what happened on ts3, we can do that, if dont and you prefer to go further with the report, i understand it. That's up to you
