What best describes this incident: Stolen NHS Car
Please (in detail) describe the incident: A guy stolen an NHS vehicle and when told to get out by Police, he fled resorting into a quick chase, he was boxed in and decamped from the car. He was arrested and charged and the RP went ok with no issues. During the interaction I tried to get him to come to liason after the situation to educate him on stealing NHS vehicles, but he just didnt' catch on to any of messages to either of his session ID's (he crashed half way through the RP but came back). After the RP finished, I sent him a message again, and asked him if he understands but he just didnt' seem to get it.
I don't think he's malicious but I don't think he has read the server rules. I don't want anything bad to happen to him, I don't think he's here to cause problems, he's just not read/understood our server rules and I couldn't get through to him via OOC or IC interactions.
