Well me and some others had just been doing a big massive salt convoy but I died and so spawned in kavala. I got some money out from the ATM to go buy something but then decided just to go put it back. When I got to the ATM, there was a guy there. I listened to see if he said anything - which he didn't and then I stood still for a few seconds to see if he wanted anything but then he just shot me twice. I was wearing full hobo clothing so maybe he thought it wouldn't matter if he killed me.

PS. Just ignore the TS chat, It has nothing to do with the incident :) Also sorry about the video quality - don't know how to upload to YT really.

I was pointing a gun at you for 10 seconds and said hands up but I'm not sure why there was no sound coming from me. My bad I didn't know my micro is not working. We can resolve this with compensation if you want. 

 
@CheckistI'm not bothered about compensation - I literally had nothing on me. What I'm worried about is that fact that people on the server just blatantly RDM. You may or may not have told me to put my hands up, I didn't hear it at the time or in the video. The reason I reported you is that I literally just walked up to you, you stared at me then shot me.

 
Because people like you shoot me all the time always. I said hands up, you didn't because my micro wasn't working so I shot you. It's really the micro's and my fault for not checking the sound. Otherwise this wasn't intended to be RDM.

 
People like me? What so unarmed hobos that are just walking up to an ATM?

I had plenty of times where hobos like you look at me. I turn my back on them and the next thing I hear is hands up or they just shoot me.

 
Well you can't  exactly just shoot them and be like "Oh I've had other people that look like you shoot me so I had to take you out just to make sure"

 
I didn't want to take you out. I thought you didn't want to put your hands up after I said to do so. You could've pulled a gun out on me. 

 
Even if I had pulled a gun out, I would of have to initiate as you hadn't. So if I had pulled a gun out and shot you then that would be RDM as neither of us had initiated. You could of tried speaking to me a bit because people usually respond when people talk to them. If I had heard you, or even seen that you were speaking (in the video it shows you speaking for like .3 of a second right before you kill be) then I would of tried to see what you said and put my hands up as there was nothing you could of taken from me.

 
Well I think there was a misunderstanding then sorry. I was nervous aswell because I had a lot of cash on me and I didn't want some random guy to kill me when I turn my back on him. 

 
But this is an RP server, I know some people don't follow the rules and will just shoot you but most of the time if you talk to people (especially if you have a gun out like you did) then most often people will talk to you and you'll no longer be nervous because maybe they just want to use the ATM. 

 
Well ok how do you want to resolve this? Ban me for killing you unintentionally? I though I was following the rules but I didn't know the micro is not working. So ideally this should be a compensation. But you don't want a comp so...

even if you had resolved it now, you failed to do so before. Had you tried to resolve it you guys wouldn't have had this back and forth on the forums.  Try to resolve before posting a report.
