Please (in detail) describe the incident

I was on an early morning patrol with a few friends when we were given the task of escorting a man to jail. Halfway there we were confronted with a fuel station robbery just in front of us. Regardless of the arrestee, we had to follow our duty so we went over to attempt to confront the potential criminal. The man then fled in a HEMTT Box which we followed. As we were attempting to pull him over he firstly seemed to have "brake-checked" us twice and he swerved maliciously towards us once which we more-or-less ignored, however, he swerved a second time into us causing our car to be rendered useless and he then drove away. He made no action to contact us and we tried to find him in TeamSpeak however we couldn't. (Side note: Sorry for any profanity in the video, we were quite angry.) VDM happens at 1:45 and the beginning part is us figuring out whether our prisoner combat logged or not (he didn't).

@Yuri This evidence you have provided is not sufficient enough as we don't know who is in the truck because it could be stolen by someone and in the future instead of shooting wheels because someone is VDMing you is not the right thing to do next time just request an admin or try and follow them look who is driving the truck so you can report the person driving the truck not the registered owner because like I said it can be stolen.

So unless you can provide more evidence regarding this report I will have to deny this player report.

That's fine but like I mentioned in the future make sure that you have substantial evidence next time or send a ingame message to an admin who will be able to help you and also next time If someone is breaking the server rules don't break them yourself because you did start to shoot wheels without initiating because If someone is breaking the rules does not mean you should.
