Please (in detail) describe the incident

We had a HEMTT Box stolen the weed processor. The owner was too busy with processes to have in mind that I was his truck to lockpicking. When he was inside, I got in his truck and drove away. His friends have haunted me for a few minutes in their trucks, but have lost me. We drove to a house near the airfield en went to the garage to pick up my Truckbox. Then transferred the weed in a truckbox. More than 10 minutes later we arrived at the scrapyard in Kavala and there was Charlie Pollin. He shouted that it was his truck, which he could not know. It was more then 15 minutes later and no one has followed us. Also, he did not use his key to find out whether it was his truck or not.

I asked him to come on Teamspeak to discuss this. His Gang Member (Ro Bust) responded "bring it to the forum," I have indicated that this is not my intention, but I want to solve it. Eventually we went to their Teamspeak and asked how he knew it was his truck. It was stated that he knew this because it was a HEMTT box that was stolen from him. I explained that it is not permitted to locate your vehicle using the key. He indicated that he did not do this, then I asked him for his video. This he refused.
They told us again to bring this to the forum, because they have broken no rules.

An hour later we arrived at Ro Bust ingame, he indicated that he had a video. This in my view no sense, because it is Charlie Poppin who broke the rules. It is impossible to find your truck in a different way than your keychain or folowing it. He was aware of this rule, which is why he came up with the story that this was a logical explanation that i'll go to this scrapyard. Again, this could not be right, because the other scrapyard was closer to the weed processor and so more obvious.

We have also made mistakes, by shooting too fast. Our apologies, we would have preferred a good roleplay.

I have a video and I'll upload it.

Our truck was stolen and we chased after them but lost them. I immediately took Charlie to the garage to get a car and drive to the dealer or scrap yard. Then I went back to processing and finished with the other Charlie. Let's call the Charlie who had his truck stolen Charlie1. Charlie1 wanted to just log out but I urged him to drive between the drug processor and the crusher. Charlie and I were driving and and almost in Kavala when Charlie1 said that a Hemmit was pulling into the scrap yard. We lost communication with him so we assumed he was dead. Charlie and I quickly went to the scrap yard to find our hemmit and a guy defiending it, The guy just shot at Charlie without saying anything so I shot him in the head and killed him. We went on teamspeak and resolved it.

They think we used they keys to "powergame" and find the car when that is simply untrue. We lost them so I took him to a garage so he could drive between the garage and drug dealer. After explaining to them on teamspeak they said they would ask to have this marked as resolved.

Report rejected. Nowhere in our rules it says you can not use your car key to track a vehicle. ARMA3 is situated in 2035, a key with included GPS tracker is perfectly reasonable. Next time, if you forcefully steal someone's vehicle, make them drop it. If they say they did and still track you: Fail RP. If they refuse to drop it and die, from a RP perspective, it again would be Fail RP to use the tracker after respawning. Keys are still with you after death but since that IS highly unrealistic, using it after death would be a bannable offence.
