Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was informed that there was a red neo on 229 turf and that it was driving around goma, as I was coming back to turf I crashed into this car as we have constantly had hustlers coming down to turf in different types of cars.

After this I attempted chase the car, and find out whom this person was I was not in colours nor in a 229 coloured car, and at this point he has no reason to suspect that I am 229, as I was simply driving down the road.

He then turns his car around and shoots both me and the passenger of the car, with no prior roleplay.

I feel that this is RDM, one for the simple fact that there was no role-play prior to this happening, both parties have set "war rules" between each group that would allow a Kill on sight roleplay scenario to occur, however neither myself them had any form of gang related clothing or coloured cars of any sort for this to happen.

Long story short I feel that this is extremely poor and something that needs to be strayed away from.

i also want to add from the liason video that i have uploaded you can clearly here him talking in discord about location, how many of us there is and what is happening to him, for him to later tab out and mute discord, with one person asking him if he had a gun on him and he stated "machine pistol"

I spoke to him in liason and he claimed that he was on our radio frequency, however from the video evidence that he showed me in the liason this was not the case.

Hello Kina, shame to see it has come to the forums after I thought we had resolved this in the discord liaison. 

To give context to the situation there was multiple hustlers set up on 229’s turf trying to pick people off as due the our ongoing war that we have. Whilst this was happening I was around scouting for people in a red neo. Upon driving past Goma street parking I saw a large number of 229 members and fled the scene. Moments later I was rammed in to deliberately (from my perspective.) You then continue to chase me shouting “yo” given these 2 factors I was able to make an educated guess that you were “kina” a member of 229. Knowing this and the fact that you were most likely armed and going to try rob me I decide to incapacitate you leaving with your friend to save you. 

You claim that I shot you both of you but from your own clip this is clearly incorrect. You were the only person incapacitated.

You claim this is RDM but I disagree, you made aggressive gestures to try and stop me. The first one being that you rammed in to me intentionally whilst going 70mph, you then proceed to carry on chasing me and trying to ram me. Due to this you were shot.

I would also question whether it would be Fail driving/NVL/RVDM to ram in to me at such a high speed. This is incredibly unrealistic and did not allow for many other avenues of RP to occur.

Thanks for taking the time to reply, although we did speak in discord I didn’t feel your reasoning behind opening fire was good enough. Therefore felt a report in this matter was necessary.

I'm not going to make a super long winded reply as I feel like I’ve said all that needs to be said + I have clips of the situation.

But I will like to just state the fact in RP I don’t think I have ever spoken to you at all, I didn’t know who you was , and when I was told your name I didn’t even recognise it, so for you to make an educated guess it was “Kina” from me saying “yo” is abit poor and unbelievable.

This is incredibly unrealistic and did not allow for many other avenues of RP to occur.

You also said me TCing your car didn’t allow for RP , but it would’ve been nice for you to atleast try to RP with me before shooting , as I was fully unidentifiable and for you all know I could’ve been a random guy tryna to offer your car a repair or to say sorry or to try and start beef over the car crash. But you didn’t even let any RP happened you just shot.

to comment on this , I never claimed you incapacitated the both of us but you was spraying the car which had a driver and passenger.

im not going to entertain a back and forth, I will only be replying to staff from this point.

Charlie I think you know this wasn't good rp and Kina be careful when ramming into vehicles,
at least you attempted verbal communication so you shall not get any punishment from this.

Charlie this is the 2nd time you've been reported for this exact thing happening. 
G1.2 - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.) - Mass RDM is a permanent ban.

You shot with no prior engagement other than being hit by a car that could've been anyone.
Yes you may have heard it was someone from your rival gang 
HOWEVER
may I remind you, war rules DO NOT over rule SERVER rules.
This was RDM and this time you won't be getting a warning.

Under the FBS
Charlie Fox shall receive a 1 day ban.

Any more of this behaviour found from you shall no longer receive warnings and shall follow the FBS.​
