Date of the incident: 12/27/21

What best describes this incident ?: failrp, powergaming

Please (in detail) describe the incident: There was a shootout at the docks I downed one officer. After that I got downed. and then the officer decides to take my gun and ammo with nothing being said or any medical treatment. In my opinion this is fail to RP, because I have been heavily shot by a SMG/AR and the officer decides to cuff me and grab my gun and ammo and leave. I was just left there after that for atleast 10 minutes. It seems the police officer focused more on winning the situation by grabbing my gun rather than RP'ing the situation.

Alright gaffer, 

You was disarmed due to you attempting to kill an officer and myself and wanted to eliminate you being a threat later on down the line if you got back up, in real life this would be done by kicking the firearm away from you ect but because this a game I am unable to do that so the cuffs are necessary for me to do such a thing. 
 

The reason I didn’t say anything was because there was no reason to as it was an intense gun fight with one outstanding suspect along with a lot more triads entering the area after taking the firearm, I’m not going to go through the whole stop and search procedure ect when in a situation like this one. And not to mention you also said nothing either and didn’t do any /me as you was too busy talking to your friend via ts/discord (possibly metagaming) so maybe you was the problem as you saying somethin could of triggered me to reply ect. You even hear me say im disarming you and yet you said nothing, instead you tab out and message someone, if you really wanted to rp with me while being on the floor you had lots of chances to.

I also received no indication of trying to get this resolved and would like to talk in ts if able to regarding this.

The reason you was left for 10 minutes was because that’s how long the situation lasted, there was limited police on scene due to the time it happened and resource's was scarce. Myself and another firearm officer was on a building watching over while the two front line officers gave first aid to liam and Noah. When it was apparent we was being outnumbered by triads I decided to get everyone mounted up and get the injured to pillbox instead of waiting for the ambulance to treat them on scene due to the risk level, as I parked my vehicle beside you to get ready to load you in and give you first aid you respawned as I was on your body. 
 

Me leaving you for 10 minutes while I carried on the gun fight wasn’t me wanting to “win” the situation at all mate so jog on with that assumption I was valuing my life.

I'd like to add not providing medical aid isnt a ooc problem, more of a ingame court problem if anything, also taking the gun off you isnt a issue. You and you solely decided to escalate this potential RP scenario into a gunfight by shooting us in the back to start off with.

Just wanna point out I asked him ooc to come ts. We did go to TS though after this message. I still think him getting that gun off of me is trying to win in the situation if he tried to "kick the gun" away from me he could have done that with /me. Because cuffing me and searching me without medical assistance or anything said just looks more like trying to win the situation. 
All in all I will leave this to staff we clearly both have a different view in this.

This situation again. 

As i dealt with with other situation also, i would say that it was your own fault @Ozeirthis was even a gunfight in the first place as YOU instigated it. 

As for the officer, of course he would secure the weapon whilst you are cuffed. You just shot at police? They are hardly going to leave you with a firearm with the chance of you being able to get help out of there would they. 

No rule breaks here. We all need to just roleplay through situations and stop taking everything so personal, the police are doing there job here from a situation YOU started.

No action.
