Please (in detail) describe the incident

Straight up execution style rdm, he was shot by an accident by me in an active shootout about 15 minutes before, he was helped up by a medic which we made sure of. This man clearly bears some grudge and couldnt let it go, so he decided to shoot me down, execute me while i was lockpicking a helicopter.
I tried to resolve this situation with Charles Vane in teamspeak, but to no avail
