I went to wash my money and there was a guy standing there, i went in and washed my money came back out and drove off in my car then about 30 seconds later he followed me and shot me. Then when I respawned I went to the garages and him and his mate both shot me.

It was me that shot him at the garage

Please can you add where you didnt value your life at the wash or processor and ignored him when you had a gun on you (NVL) that lead to you being shot

 when you respawned from this killing to then get a car and try to run the person you shouldn't know about due to respawning (new life rule and VDM)

 also include the part where after getting shot you said either "i recorded this" or "im reporting you" (out of character in voice)

also he hasnt tried to reslove it
