Hello my name is Chadwick and today i bring forth my counter evidence,
after talking to a few of my fellow gang members I have came to the understanding that although the video evidence is only 20 seconds long as I understand you could only produce this, I would like to ask the possibility off a longer video being produced as for a RDM report a video that short my not tell the full story as for myself unfortunately I have just Purchased a new PC and had not set up shadowplay yet.
The big thing I felt through out the conversation which had been had over teamspeak in the early hours of the morning was feeling that whatever I had to say was never going to be sufficient for him, this made me feel that there ultimately was no really attempt to resolve and save the possibility of it being broadcast on the forums.
Now to the evidence I have at the moment of posting which unfortunately isn't much; this was given to me by

First of all as you can see by the screen cap of the video provided by James, unfortunately as his internet is bad he couldn't upload the video and send it to me, initiation was given very effectively in this case,
As also shown by the timing of this using the screenshot.

The second screenshot can be seen to show the unfortunate death of at 7.11, showing there has only been just over 4 minutes since the capture of our fellow gang members, which to there knowledge where still in an active gunfight as shown by the markers on the map in s video.

Throughout the 4 minutes in which it was quite from perspective, we had
@Oliverasking for the release of our gang members and the duty to initiation once more in the house over the moat only 70 meters away as i myself was standing only 65 meters away from and had managed to keep eyes on them for the whole of the ordeal.
In my final conclusion I would like to say, the third messages from i felt very confused about as he is a member of the support team, I felt this was somewhat a borderline threat to report me this was also made aware to me when mentioned in the conversation the reason to go to the forums was I am a long standing member of the community and should know better and thus felt kind of backed into a corner as to what I could say regarding the situation, as you can see in the chat logs at hand I was very apologetic about ruining the possibility of roleplay in the first place.
As there is a general understanding that must have been muted to be able to hear the people at hand, therefore making it impossible for him to know either way that the police had been initiated on once again and as so has to be put down as a minor police error in regards to the exact communication at that specific time, thank you.
