I was helping my friend with protecting his house while he was transporting some items, when I noticed a group of people, who I began to role-play with. At first they were asking me to leave, threatened my life, and began to do a count down (which is against server rules), but they then said this was a joke, so this went fine. After that incident I began to have a joke with them myself while role-playing with them . After a while they told me again you have 10 seconds to leave, and started to do the count down, without threatening my life this time, so I assumed this was a joke again. After the second count down was complete, they sprayed me down and killed me, which in my opinion was fail role-play, due to the count down, and not even threatening my life this time round.

We were taking some gear from our house and then Rich started walk around of our house. We suspect him neturally. Then we warned him 3 times for go away from our house but he kept disturbing on us. Then we saw his geared friends who are targeting us. We fell back to house and warned him one more time. Therefore then i shot him.

In addition there is a rule that he break:

Rule (3.7)  Baiting - Baiting for the sake of a gunfight is not roleplay. Punishment is a ban. Examples: Flying over someone with a chopper waiting for warning shots to instantly shoot them back, robbing a service station with the intent of a gunfight, etc.

I was not baiting for a gun fight, that was not my intention. As I said, you started to joke around with me so I did the same, we were role-playing. Also you may have asked if I could leave, but you never threatened my life, and therefore you did not have enough of a valid reason to shoot me.

I assume we made "poor roleplay" to you why did your friends try to raid our home after you die?

Ok, from the video provided, I am inclined to agree it was poor RP from you @Cempow. More effort could have been made to explain to him why he needs to leave the area, and you left a lot of confusion as to whether you were being serious or not. While I will be rejecting the report, I have noted this on your player profile for future reference, so I expect this not to occur again.

@Rich Mcmall As above, the RP was poor. However, he did on multiple occasions make threats. I don't believe this was baiting, but it was rather silly not to heed several requests to leave the area. A direct threat to your life is not required in initiating per se, but there does need to be a realistic threat there, for which several armed rebels pointing weapons at you suffices given the time they allowed you to comply in.
