Cecil a server falsely accused me of a number of bannable offences, and then banned me (I have made an appeal), however before that he teleported me to a cargo container and spoke to me, but then left me there for 20 minutes. This was outrageous and was an example of an experienced admin bullying an experienced member, if this server stands for its own rules action should be taken against this Bully. I have close ties with bohemia interactive and I know they would be disgusted to hear a major server admin was treating players like this.

I'm sorry you feel strongly enough about the incident to report me for it, but since it is here, I will detail my side.

I first met this individual at the copper mine, he was being robbed by someone I was spectating. He then starts breaking RP explaining that as he said 'the truck was not his, it's against the rules to kill him for it, and if that happens he'll call an admin'. This confused the robber a bit, and annoyed me as now the robber was breaking RP to respond. So I teleport in and remind them both not to break RP, and that it is not against the rules to kill him for not providing keys. Things settle down for a moment, but I continue watching. Then, Miles decides to use OOC to request assistance with his situation. I remind him yet again not to break rules. Moments later, still at the mine, he breaks RP for a second time (after a generous verbal warning) still saying he will "call an admin".

I then decide his time here has come. I was not convinced he had read the rules, or even cared for them. He showed complete disregard for RP and clearly didn't understand the principles of metagaming.

So again, being the generous individual I am, I take him to one side in order to explain to him why he is being banned, and what he should do in order to appeal. This conversation went on for some time and although clearly disputing my decision, on the whole Miles was generally respectful while speaking. I showed the same respect back, was polite, and went to great length to make sure he understood what to do from here. To be called a bully for this marginalises the term. Even after I left Miles to his container (used as a sort of "time out") he continued to dispute the decision in OOC chat, and spammed the Admin Message request demanding he speak with a senior admin. 

Despite this, I still answered his questions when asked. He wanted to know if a senior was online, to which I said yes. Shortly thereafter Miles was kicked by the senior admin.

Senior Admin I believe was @Neo, if you had any perspective.

Our rules are nothing to do with Bohemia, there clearly stated here if you broke them then thats that.

I very much doubt you have close ties with Bohemia and if you do I will enjoy that conversation with them over skype (3 of there devs have me added)... However I am still waiting for calls from the people who had close ties with the Queen and Pope
