I pulled a gun out on Martin and his friend to rob them. I had a plan not to make any threats. Martin's friend told Martin to pull his gun out and then Martin shot me.

You were pointing a gun at them and you tired to rob them which by pointing a gun in their face is threatening them now I understand that why think it's RDM, now Martin shouldn't have shot you due to them giving minimal RP but this isn't an RDM.
