Well, we ANPR these gentlemen's vehicle to find out they are wanted for 1 count of murder. We chase them for round about 5-10mins, nothing has been said we have not shot or initiated on them. And they decide to decamp and spray me and SGT Jason down without muttering a word. Then an hour later maybe we come across them again, I and my colleges managed to get one in restraints (Carls PC) and as seen in the video he glitches out of them and guns down the PCSO standing behind him.
