Notice in the evidence how he shot that poor guy on the roof in cold blood. (Me) 

I lost 200K from that.  This guy deserves a ban. 

 
I am posting my side, as I was present at the scene, and Carl isn't able to post at the moment 

Just want to point out, no attempt was made to sort this out in TS. However Dj Swagbat thought it would be better to return to the scene of his death, then try and and steal his truck back, whilst saying he is going to report my friend Carl for no apparent reason. No attempt to contact us was made, and I hope this is duly noted

i never rdmt you. we told every one in the copper/iron trader to put thier hands up and you drove away that why i shot and when you came back you took back your truck for no reason and broke nlr

you never tried to resolve it in teamspeak if you still want to do that msg me on ts and we will go in to a support lobby

We did indeed RP with you, there was initiation on you and your group of people, that we had been stalking doing the iron run. We were also talking to you before the initiation, so we clearly RP'd with you before hand 

 
perhaps, however i would like it if i was at least given the chance to explain it from my point of view; as you can see from the footage above, my gang member had initiated on you. you can tell that the initiation was heard as one of your members laid down to draw his weapon.

i believe this report is wholly unneccessary as it should jave been discussed in teamspeak between us to be resolved

You did RDM me I was at the Trader for the whole time of the incident and not once did I hear any other player attempt to make contact with me, If I heard you tell me to stop ofcourse I would have RP'd and stopped but in the video with Noise Specific earplugs in I could not hear you so therefor you were in no way close enough to me to make contact and that Is RDM.

I looked through the ts but could not see your name at that time so I contacted an admin to submit this report in order to resolve the situation properly with evidence.

I am well aware I broke NLR but RDM is a much more severe rule to break so wrongly decided I'd take it back. The fact you made it one sided to the cops that I was the rule breaker and then steal the truck back was extremely out of porportion.

this video Is completely stupid I could most definitely not hear you at all and this is due to the fact you have cancelled out the game volume with your music so that it cant be shown that you must have been to quiet to hear.

And if your game is muted how the hell are we supposed to use mic to RP with you anyway?! your gun made no noise in the vid even with a silencer.

 
I'm not sure how anything said was immature, however you state it was 'rdm', it is clear in the footage presented by mr giles that we had initiated on your group (it was clear that you were all together) and he obviously heard as he laid down drew his weapon.
Furthermore, we were online in the [TW] lobby for at least 30 minutes following this incident.

 Also, i would like you to come to discuss this on TS as i dont believe a report is neccesarry once we try to resolve this

No they didn't the footage shows you saying nothing and shooting everyone dead. You can hear our own members screaming.

 
you tried to have a go at my name saying DJ Swagbag. Your Sound levels in the video are completely out of sync in the video I had voice sounds at a much higher level than the effects and I still couldn't hear him say anything even when I was right below him. 

 
okay if you're unwilling to reasonably discuss this on teamspeak, i'll just highlight the fact that your friend clearly heard the initiation in the video as he lay down and drew his weapon (a hostile action after being threatened), i have nothing further to add to the situation but i'd like to apologise if you feel wrongly done, its just a shame you didnt try to resolve with me first before reporting
