What best describes this incident ?: Blatant VDM. No reason at all to do so.

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I drove from my most recent food delivery job to the main center where I can start another food job. When I had parked my car I was using at the building i ran towards the board to start another job. Their was a player already standing by the job board. He had a car parked up ready to go. He then proceeded to steal my car, I had run to the pavement to try and talk but he immediately ran into me with the stolen vehicle. Also blurted "Have a nice day, sir".

From what I can see, the reported individual steals your car and without any proper roleplaying being provided whatsoever, also decides to run you over.

I will need proof as well as the session ID of the reported individual at the time of the incident.
