Tryed to rob me. police showed up for another reason, didnt do anything about. right after that i tried to drive to my destination, they cut me off and then started to shoot my tires without saying anything. so i stopped and was asking Cap. KP why he was shooting my tires and why he kept shooting my tires, and he didnt answer me. he then told me to get out or he would kill me. so i told him that i wont get out of the vehicle because he was gonna kill me anyways and then he killed me and drove off with my truck. After the incident i asked him to get on TS and he didnt respond or get on TS.

Hello @NsayN, now first of all i would like to apologise for the time it took for this to get reviewed.
Let's kick this off.

What i am seeing here is a 47 second video with shooting and no context.
Now im not saying that we dont trust you, but evidence on needs to be clear and show us the context of the situation.

So, 

• Do you have a video 2-3 or even 5 minutes before this leading up to the whole shooting incident?
  If so, please post it here so we can deal with this appropriately.
  
  If there is no more evidence provided there is a risk of this report being rejected due to lack of evidence.
