I arrived at garage to take out a truck and i immediately get told to put my hands up about 10 times. After stalling for a couple of seconds i put my hands up, he robs me then shoots me as he overheard me hot miking to my friend that my location was at Athira Garage. Obviously he did not know that i had friends on the way as the part that I hot miked in game and to my friends was ‘’Athira Garage i’m getting robbed’’ as far as anyone was concerned i did not mention that I had friends coming or that i had any friends at all. The comment of me saying Athira garage getting robbed could have been me just saying it sarcastically as it's not a very good place to be robbing people as the amount of people that go past it. Even after he shot me he tried executing me as well but was not clever enough to realize you need a pistol to do that.

We attempted to resolve it on TS however he refused to come on and i quote he said 'I don't need to come to ts? You're salty cause you're dead' After asking him a few more times we took it to a staff member who reviewed the footage with other staff members and told me to report on here as RDM. I will also add that the admin did speak to Callum in-game to ask him to come to ts but he then refused also. In light of this the whole event from the first word being said and me being shot was 19 seconds which in a roleplay situation is not time at all. So as you can see as this is a roleplay server there was no time to let me even speak to him etc... Also at no point did he say that i was going to be shot or in danger hence i hotmiked. If he had said hands up, you going to get shot or don't call anyone take gps, comms etc this would have turned out differently. Im saddened that I have had to take it this far but i feel that due to not coming to ts and the manner in which he conducted his ''rp'' was unacceptable.

I was here as a witness and even spoke to the people my self and what i can say is that we both spoke to the admin and he even did it to other people to even when the admin was watching him. I feel like this should be looked at as that when he was asked numerous times to come to ts he refused and he also said he did nothing wrong which the staff member we spoke to looked back at the logs and agreed with us. other than that George Harris has said and done all the right things in the admins eyes and mine as well.

Think the staff member we originally spoke too was DSGT Yak [AC212] , then he showed other staff members but i am unsure as to who he showed.

Hello,

So after reviewing the video evidence, what I have seen from both sides isn't great. 

Firstly, George when you where being told to place your hand on your head you where speaking on TS but not in-game, why? Surely if you where telling your friends that you where being robbed you would of had to say it in-front of them too? This is not good and it considered fail RP, I would like you to be aware of this for the future please and if in this situation again I would like you to make sure that you hot-mic everything. 

Now, onto Callum. He did give you an order and multiple times to comply and you did, but for some reason he still shot you for no good reason, it looks to me that he had no intentions of RP'ing with you. Also, after doing a little bit of digging, this isn't the first time that you have done something similar which has landed you in trouble before. 

So based on my findings above, George, please make sure that you take my advice above and make sure that you do hot-mic as it is considered fail RP.

Callum, what I have seen in this video is unacceptable and not what we want to see here on RPUK. This is not RDM, but very borderline and it falls under fail RP.
