Please (in detail) describe the incident
Me and some friends were driving around and we rolled up of some people at plastic processor. We then planned to rob then and I mainly followed callum since he ran around the back, which worried me. I then get him to go back up front to the main group where I noticed that my friends had already robbed one of the guys there. I then try and get the guy to run away, which he didn't listen and then my friend wanted the guys vest. My friend initiated on Callum and Callum started to run where Banjo Jo said he would shoot the guys legs if he didn't stop. Then Banjo started to fire shots at the guy and I chase him to try and catch him without using bullets. Callum then turned around with a pistol and shot in my direction, which I took as a threat against my life. This caused me to pull out my firearm and subdue Callum. Seconds later his friend (John Maddocks) who wasn't in the direct vicinity of where we pulled up, had creeped over the hill and shot me and Banjo. Callum and his other friend slyleggs had never mentioned any friends or allies in the area, along with never initiating to counter our robbery.
