I was talking with two buds in teamspeak and was planning to meet them in Kavala after pulling out a hummingbird.

After speeding in and drifting to a stop at the garage I stored my car and turned around to see what the hovering choppers were doing. The one closest to me begun to take off so I saw it as an oppurtunity to pull mine out. As I did both landed, I started powering up my rotors while the other two engines were still on full blast.

At this point Crimzon claimed in Teamspeak that he asked me to get out, but if you listen to the video you can see no audible sign of that was made. For the record Cal refused to come to TS, I guess his/her pride is more important than talking down a situation like this.

I then proceeded to take off - Crimzon managed to slice his head off on his chopper which was rather funny, but at this point Cal can be seen walking up with an MX and shooting me as I fly away, killing me and destroying my chopper.

I am reporting Cal for Poor RP / RDM.


(I asked Cal 4-5 times via OOC and ingame text to join my lobby, but he still refused. After talking to Crimzon I enquired as to whether he could get Cal, Crimzon said Cal refused to talk to me.)

Well It was a fair kill, my friend Crimzon who you can see in the video, had a glitch with his gun and tried robbing you, he told you to step out of the helicopter and if you didn't comply he was going to shoot you, you then flew off and I shot you.

I didn't have a glitch with my weapon, and I didnt want to rob him, Cal i asked you to come ts to speak with him and just kept refusing...

I was thinking that too, he was initiating he looked into his backpack and tried getting out a gun, after I killed you he then said to me that he was joking about the robbery putting me in this situation currently which is a cunt of a move by him.

Calling your friend such a word is not appropriate, he came into the lobby on your behalf and tried very hard to get you out of trouble. In the end you had your chance to reconcile the situation and you missed it.

@DI Busterguy - I am not prepared to hop onto TS and have further input. As I said above he had his chance. Please action as you see fit.

Ok calzy. Even if your friend initiated you are responsible for your actions. I'm sure you could of come onto TS and spoke to LukeN after explained why you shot and offered comp and this could of been resolved. But instead, you logged off the game and gave LukeN not other option but to make you explain your actions on the forums.
