Please (in detail) describe the incident

Was in the VDM script twice with a weapon out as a gunfight started. Cadetbus did not know whether I was involved as I had not fired whatsoever, and saw me getting run over, both times.

Despite him knowing I was in the VDM script, he decided to shoot me dead. When I asked him on TS about it, he said "Not my fault", and immediately closed the conversation.

Went to an admin who said it was bad and advised me to report. I would also like clarification on shooting while the person being shot at is in the VDM script.

Yeah great job on resolving it. 'Why did you shoot my while I was vdmed script.' Sorry m8 but thats not my fault the person you should be reporting is the person that vdm you. I didn't know you vdm script, all I saw was you on the ground I thought that you laying down waiting for me to peak. 

This is quite pathetic that you're reporting this. You also mention the fact that how did I know you was involved. Lol. You placed the spikes and surrounded me.

I asked you a question which by how you replied then closed the conversation, were not willing to discuss. So I brought it to the forums to get clarification and to make it clear to the both of us whether you were in the wrong or not.

I have absolute certainty you knew I was in the VDM script given you peeked and looked at me more than once, and saw I was not shooting at all.

Actually, I was sat in a red hatchback, never even spoke to you, was running to speak to you when I was VDMd, and the gunfight kicked off. Never spoke to you, never fired a shot.

You got out of the car running towards me with a gun out in an active gunfight. You're going to get shot. I honestly don't care this is a pathetic reason to report someone. If you told me to come speak to you I would of, but just reporting me for saying "not my fault" which was justifiable is just pathetic.

Each to their own, I showed you that I had nothing to do with what happened, the video shows that as I was running to you, there was no gunfight, and instead of concentrating on the issue that should be clarified which is being shot while in VDM script, you concentrate on the way I tried to resolve.

You obviously did not want to discuss a thing shown by what you did when I approached you, and it seems you don't want to discuss it here either, instead calling this report pathetic and making excuses which I have refuted.

I'm sorry you feel I am wasting your time, I will say your attitude is not great considering the position you find yourself in. I don't care about compensation.

Based on the evidence provided, I can't determine if he knew you were or not within the script due to the fact you were proned. However due to no sound, I cannot determine if this was an RDM.

However, 

Cadetbus, your attitude is unwelcomed. Both when he asked you a simple question and also your responses on this forum. I will remind you both that you are both members of Whitelisted factions (NHS, British Airways) therefore even when you roleplay as a rebel, the community still holds you to higher standards.

This could have been resolved on teamspeak in my opinion if you both acted a little more like adults.
