What you cant hear in the video is that both me and penguin told him to get his hands up at least 3 times before he said: "so you want me to put my hands up?". I shot him because we were stressed out because of the cop who GOT INTO OUR HELICOPTER... In a real life scenario, a police officer, if two heavily armed paramilitary gang members were pointing combat rifles at him, would of course throw the gun away and comply immediately however thats not what he did. He keeps his gun in his hands (lowered i know) and proceeds to say: "so you want me to put my hands up ye?".
I can see how this can be passed as RDM but you did threaten to shoot my engine, your college got INSIDE of the other helicopter and you didnt comply with my orders. We talked in ts and i have to say you didnt exactly sound very solution-minded and we agreed that you probably just asked us into ts because it would look better on a report. You said you wanted to RP, i consider myself a great roleplayer and many people can vouch for me. I just want to say that had you just complied you could possibly have experienced the best RP experience in your time on this server.

Should be changed to a No. Max ORyan has the whole TeamSpeak conversation recorded and he really doesnt sound like he wants to resolve anything.
Penguin think that you speeded up your recording but i trust you would not tamper with evidence like that.
Im sorry if i ruined your day and i accept that i might have made a bad decision there. I wish you could see it from my view and i hope this doesnt have to go as far as me having to apeal unban.
