Im un sure if it was before or after restart . so i was responding to a hostage situation i was informed he ran to the castle to strip the hostage of radio and GPS , we arrive at the steps of the castle and my SPC goes in unarmed to negotiate with the hostage taker for the hostages release .We hear that he is not willing to stop for the SPC to talk or negotiate for the persons release so me and SPC Frank Butcher place 2 spike strips to disable the car,we manage to disable the car and once it stops i begin to say "stop the car step out of the car " at which point i accidentally discharge my fire arm i continue to apologize and explain in rp that it was by accident . buidurd then starts to run behind me taking his gun off his shoulder i seen him do this i didn act upon it i was expecting some sort of rp threat telling me to get out of here or he would kill me but he didn say a thing to me and just shot and killed me and all the officers in the area .I was expecting some RP but its clear he was just looking for a gunfight.

I fail to see why this report was placed, since i already contacted you and asked to resolve it. I admitted i was in the wrong, but it seems like you were just greedy to get me banned.

The situation started 10 minutes prior to this, where i was roaming around Kavala with Tiktak in my hands. I already threatened multiple officers earlier & told them to leave me alone.

Yes, it was maybe harsh to shoot you after the miss-fire. It was in the heat of the moment, and me yelling myself i couldn't really hear you saying that it was a miss-fire. My reaction is of course to shoot back, since u started shooting at me and that gives me the right to shoot you. I decided to not shoot at the other officers since they didn't shoot at me, where you say i was greedy for a gunfight. As i already said, i contacted you in teamspeak & admitted that i was in the wrong, but you decided to just ignore it and place the report.

What you haven't included in the video, is you throwing some out of roleplay insults at me after you got shot.

called you one name in game which was Twat thats all i said , i'm not getting into a debate with you over this on the forums , i chose not to speak to you in ts as i was totally disgusted in what happened  i dont live to report people i only report when i feel there was piss poor rp or RDM which is wat i think this was ok , i was unaware of you telling cops to go away when i first seen u you jumped into a car and sped off said nothing to no one , this is why when we got a locationfor you i let a unarmed negotiator in to speak to u in the castle i was expecting some sort of rp . im not out to get you or anyone els banned and i dont like that your stating this either . but i as i said believe this is disgusting behaviour what happened . these are my beliefs and if im wrong i do apologize .

You say you didn't try to resolve it, and that you are totally disgusted, but i still fail to see why. I've apologized to you over Teamspeak, even tho that it was mainly a mistake on your part. Mistakes do happen, and  i don't believe it is necessary to report me for.

It was in the heat of a moment, i couldn't hear anything that you were saying and i'm pretty sure most of people would respond in the same way after getting shot in the leg without initiation. As i already said, i had threatened the officers before, telling them to leave me alone & i decided to not shoot at the other officers, since they hadn't fired upon me.

I'm still in Teamspeak if you re-think to go and resolve it.

After reviewing this report and the proof provided I have come to the following conclusion after talking with multiple staff members. 

Now going through the video, upon going to the castle you spiked the path and ordered @Buidurd out of the car. Right after you did fire a shot first @nevin at the car and mentioned it was a misfire and that you didn't mean to. We have all misfired a gun on the server at one time or another and I think we can all agree that it doesn't warrant taking someones life over. I.e rule 7.1.3 You have to carry out high roleplay before killing anyone, under a misfire it isn't a good reason to kill.

Now the RDM claim in my opinion within this situation there was a chance for some roleplay aspect before Bui got his gun out and killed you Nevin. Within some situations just like this one I am sure there could of been a great roleplay session for both of you here if the misfire and deaths didn't take place and I am sure you both may agree with this. 

From the video it would be seen as Fail Roleplay and RDM as they go hand in hand. Bui, you have been informed by many staff that you need to improve on this and from the video Nevin provided it does show you haven't learned from past mistakes. I know within heat of the moment people get carried away however if a roleplay situation presents itself then you should use that path to make it enjoyable for all involved. Roleplay over Gunplay is always the key!

Due to the above reasons I will be actioning this report against you Bui for Fail Roleplay/RDM.
