Fella disconnected during combat situation. I spoke to him in teamspeak and he fully understood his wrong doing but refused to continue the role play because he didn't want to loose his gun -_-. My house is shown in the video. Can show in private to an admin.

Can you please provide evidence of him logging out while in RP/combat? Your evidence is not valid as all it shows is him logging out not that he was in combat/RP.

I can provide a clear video or him logging out while i was driving him to PD, but in the video it displays the location of my properties so i could play the clip on a screen share with any admin.
