Please (in detail) describe the incident: Aztecas and Ballas attacked the prison to try and get the lost members out after they had been put in. I got shot and then respawned but with G6 you respawn outside the prison there isn't much we can do. As soon as I respawn I put my hands up with no intentions of trying to get involved in anything. However, once I put my hands up I get shot right in the head with no words said by Bosh no RP involved at all.

Honestly thought i was on shouting, also didnt know it was your respawn point which is abit scuffed being as its literally next to where you died. I was telling you to walk towards me but as you see i went just out of VOIP.

If you thought you were shouting would you of not checked to see if you actually was, it takes one press of a button on your keyboard to switch you knew I wasn’t going to try anything?

Then for the ‘I didn’t know you respawn there’ you literally watched me come back after respawn you see me flop the the ground and then stand up as part of the animation.

Right, i didnt know if you had just logged in or respawned hence why i didnt shoot you instantly, if i wanted to shoot you instantly then i would have not even said hands up. can clearly see i was trying to say something. ive already admitted it was an accident on my behalf. 

Can i also point out that youve decided to report me because PJ said he was reporting Alistair, to my knowledge it was resolved in teamspeak.

Cant believe something so minor has gone to the forums, No big situation on the server these days can ever go ahead without any reports. Just purely going out to get people banned for a slight mistake. Actual pistake 

 Clearly saw that Alistair had been reported and went "Oh lemme report a minor mistake" which you lost nothing and i had admitted it was a mistake in teamspeak

Situation is a shootout at the prison with gang members vs G6. 
There's nothing random about your death.
There is no longer a rule in place that prevents you from being killed while complying.

Bosh, please ensure before shooting if you want someone to comply with your demands, you are actually speaking at the appropriate volume next time.
