I first get him to stop by asking a Q. Then I start robbing him, being extremely lenient, explaining everything to him. Which he used as a stall to get his friend to kill me. He clearly acted as if he didn't know how to play the game to get me to explain it to make me wait until his friend could kill me, failrp and breaking character.
