Please (in detail) describe the incident: I saw a vehicle at pillbox that was illegally parked. I ran its plate which came back to an individual who had no licence. I asked it to stop however, the car took off. It eventually was boxed in and the driver was shot after he got out shooting at police. As such we took the individual to Vespucci PD where he died while NHS were treating him. I then went back out onto patrol to try and secure the car from the pursuit which i couldn't find since it had already been taken. Shortly after this realisation, a firearms unit called out they were pursuing a car belonging to Bobby Delta - exactly the same registration as the car i had chased. The Firearms officers had identified the driver as Bobby Delta (the same one who used the car shortly before in a separate pursuit and was shot and KILLED) meaning that he must have returned to where he was shot to recover the car himself.
118 was seen in chat complaining how he had already been in a situation with police and was being chased again furthering to show that it was himself who was in both pursuits also was still in the hospital gowns from his respawn. We attempted to call him to QE to discuss what had happened however he never showed up.
