1st video (bob jenkins VDM)

I was driving from aluminium processor in my HEMTT Box to Metal Exports when i noticed some cars following me and therefore i continued past the Metal Exports. Then at 0:45 in the video, one of them tries to use his car as a roadblock, therefore i pulled my handbrake and swerved to the left, then after trying to get away at 1:13 in the video the SUV crashes, then i go on the main road again, hoping to get to kavala since they had not initiated yet, when i get on the road the Red Gull hatchback tries to VDM my truck which he succeeds in at 1:40 in the video, my truck does a flip and i continue trying to get away, at 1:50 in the video the white/grey hatchback rams me in the side while I try not to ram the Red Gull hatchback, then at 1:56 you can faintly hear who i believe is bob jenkins (not sure) say "stop the car" when obviosly i was driving a truck but i will that pass, since his heart was probably beating fast (which mine is everytime I try to rob people, i dont know if thats normal) but its the fact that he shoots 1-2 seconds after he says it, which i dont believe is a valid initiation. then while being shot at i get rammed again from the side by the Red Gull hatchback at 2:04 in the video, while still getting shot at I try to get to kavala since i did not believe that i got a valid initiation, then at 2:50 i get (what i believe is VDM) in the side by the white/gray hatchback that bob jenkins was driving which kills me and blows up my truck.

- I talked with DELETER on ts and he confirmed it was VDM

2nd video same situation [E] Zim RDM

I went on ts and tried to resolve it, but they did not belive that they did anything wrong so i went to support channel to get a staff member to look through the video meanwhile at 0:28 in the video [E] Zim executes me, nowhere in this situation i still do not believe that I got a proper initiation therefor making the execution RDM

- DELETER also confirmed this

Okay My Name Is [E]Zim All I Can Say Is That You Never Tried To Resolve This Situation You Simply Cam To Teamspeak Said You Would Like To Speak To Bob , Bob Then Joined The Channel And You Just Didn't Say A Word Until We Said "How Can We Help?" You Then Said "VDM" We Said "On Our Screen You Was D-syncing Alot and Ended Up Going Into Us" You Then Said And I Repeat " Okay Im Going To Admins" And That Was That Convo , I Know See On Your Video That It Was Infact Us D-Syncing And Ended Up Crashing Into You , None Of This Was A Purpose Attempt To Blow You Up Or VDM You We Was Simply Trying To Get Infront Of You To Slow You Down , As For The Iniation I Was Told My Friend That He Had Initiated Fully And We Was Able To Shoot So From Me Then Hearing That And You Not Wanting To Actually Resolve Whatver You Joined Our Channel In The First Place For I Believed I Was Then Able To Shoot You (Which I Did) None Of What Happened Was Intentionally And None Of Us Would Break Rules On Purpose (If The Admins Do Think We Have Broke Them) , I Am Happy To Comp You For The Gear And Pistol You Lost But I Believe You Should Of Still Had Your Aluminium In The Truck After Restart As Only Illegal Things Disappear (Even When Exploded) , I Do Apologise Again For The Inconvenience But Maybe If You Did Speak To Us Properly Instead Of Joining The Channel And Saying "VDM" And Then Going To An Admin We Could Of Sorted It Out On The Spot.

P.S I Wanted To Add That You Edited The Second Video So That They Didn't Hear What You Said To Me (As You Can Tell From The Big Jump Once You Start Speaking)

I did not edit the 2nd video the sound and video messes up when I switch to ts and back, admin can ignore that if they think its edited. can you also send the video of me coming to ts and only saying VDM, that would be much appreciated.

 
I Don't Have a Video Because I Didn't Think I Would Have Needed To To Be Honest, I Have Offered To Pay Comp For What I Done I Wont Be Paying Too Much As You Had Legla Stuff And Would Of Got It Back After Restart i Believe It Was 5 Minutes Before Restart So I Don't Believe It Was Too Much Of An Inconvenience For You , I Also Believe The VDM Wasn't On Purpose I Believe It Was Just A Car Crash But If You Want To Continue The Report Against Bob With That You Can Thats Nothing To Do With Me All I Can However Do Is Say Sorry For The Killing At The End As I Didn't Roleplay It And Like I Said Im Happy To Pay Comp For The Gun And Stuff U Lost , I Do However Think You Was Trying To Abuse The Greenzone As You Was Initiated On.​

I Would Like To Say Before An Admin Makes a Decision On Weather I Should Be Banned That This Was a Simple Mistake And Won't Happen Again I Have Apologised And Said Im Happy To Pay Comp , I Would Also Like To Add That I Play Near Enough All The Time As A Medic And Not Rebel , I Am Owning Up To That I Shouldn't Of Shot Him But I Wasn't 100% Clear On The Rule Of Shooting People While There Down , I Have Now Read The Rules Properly And Understand It Fully, Anyone You Ask From Eternity Or NHS Will Happily Clarify That I Am Normally A Good Roleplayer And That This Was Just A Hiccup

 
@DELETER I Cannot Quite Remember The Red HatchBack Guys Name As We Had Only Met Him That Night And I Forgot To Add Him To The Roster But I Will Message You With His Name When I Find It If Need Be , And The One In The Grey Is Bob Jenkins I Don't Know What His Forum Name Is And He Only Comes On Past 2am

P.S I Have Now Told Bob To Leave Eternity As He Now Has 2 Reports Against Him And I Wouldn't Like To See His Behaviour Impact On Our Gang As Where All Here For The Serious Roleplay And Not To Be D*cks

I am on holiday at the moment, therefore I cant go on ts. But I am willing to put the whole thing behind us (comp and report) as I can see that you thought your friends had initiated properly, and I also checked out the other report on bob jenkins, seems like he is a bad influence to this community and to be honest I wont be sad if he gets banned

Thankyou And Yeah TBH He Was a Chill Guy In The Guy I Just Think He Doesn't Like Rules So Ya Know It Down To Him If He Gets Banned
