this happened 1900 - 2200
I would like to describe this as RDM, Trolling.
So i log in and run to Athira garage to get my hatchback sport and when i get it i drive past the motors in Athira when someone in white stig racing clothing (blaze33)points a pistol at me so i drive even faster and he puts the pistol away. Then i drive back to check diamond factory but notice he started running after me so instead of going straight i go right and drive slow and he keeps running still after me so i just keep driving until he shouts something and i stop but when he gets closer i start driving away and this is when he runs into my car as i drive away and i stop and shout "sorry dude, sorry" and then he stands up i start slowly driving and he shoots at me. i drive really fast out of the area and as soon as i get away from him i start recording and my gang member asks him to ts. but then i tried searching for him so i can explain to him what he did wrong but i dont find him so i stop at the athira general store to get money out at the atm and then i run to the market i buy some lockpicks and as i am running out i see (Jacks and Blaze33) so i run and get in my car and i hear (Jacks) shout "fagg*t") to get away. He then starts shooting at me again so i turn around the corner and hear him moving up on the building. I checked ofcourse if it was actually him breaking rules again or if it was someone else and it was him so i wait for him to come down and shoot him when he stops. (At this point admin Yak asks me if i shot him i said yes because he rdm'd me twice ) (I believe at this point Yak talked to Jacks about calling me a "Fagg*t") so he told me to initiate next time. So then at that moment i didn't know my gang member was still asking him to ts and after i kill him he says i rdm'd him and i say to come to ts. At this point he updates his teamspeak security level and that takes about 30 minutes. When he gets in Teamspeak he starts calling us kids and talking crap. We go to the subject of him shooting at me so i shoot at him. he says he was shooting at my tires and still he didn't initiate on them and not only that i was then within my rights to defend myself. Then after that i start recording the conversation just so if they change the story or anything. Then i leave the channel and tell them to post their video while i post mine. He says he had to go to work so i take that time to upload my video. 10 - 20 minutes later he comes back and now with his friend that suddenly is Blaze33 and that he is now suddenly Jacks. So they did say that they have video proof and i have proof of that but then after we talk for a bit i tell them to contact us when they have uploaded their video. After they contact us we move back to our lobby only to hear them changing their story and now saying that i said on OOC "You rdm'd me im going to report me" i have proof of not saying that so they start swearing at us so i kick them out the channel and we go to our main channel.
They come back and one of them pretends that he is apparently smoking weed and they starts trolling saying that the video will be 10 hours so it will take him a long time to upload the whole video so i just tell him "well contact me when you have uploaded the video" and i leave the channel. i messaged Yak and told him they are trolling and he told us to report and ignore them. So after ignoring for a bit i go back and they are still there now changing their story again saying that they have no video footage and start lying again so i kick them out and lock the lobby. After some time we go to support after we get vdm'd and they are there. And they see us and start causing drama in the support channel whining about comp when he got himself into combat by shooting at me and i kill him. then i tell him to come talk to us in our channel instead of causing drama in support. So they join and after talking they start lying again and call my friend names so i kick them out and lock the channel again. Everytime we talk to them they are very salty and troll too much.

Because there is so many different clips i will post rest of teamspeak clips tomorrow evening as it is almost midnight

Just to add I had a encounter with these two. There RP is terrible and they cannot simply resolve a situation in TS. I understand throught the day many people had issues with them aswell.

100% true, everytime you try to solve something with them on ts they lie or they are toxic saying your wrong or your lying.

No, i rendered the video in the evidence then i deleted it to get the teamspeak audio of them trolling in our liaison.

Thank you for the response @La Crox. The issues I have with this report is the lack of evidence, however I will explain what I mean by this.

Within the video you can see it is edited at '1:18' and you skip it to the market, from this we wouldn't know if in the time it is edited if you had an interaction with the players in question. making the decision one that cannot be made based just on this. Within the video you can also see that the only players name in the video is 'Jacks'. It is clear he didn't shoot as within '1:37' of the video you can see him running to your car without a weapon just as the shot was fired. That it 'may' have been the person in the white go-kart uniform. 

When it comes to reports we do require evidence of the players names within an unedited video to help us verify what actually happened within any given situation. As you have stated you deleted the video and have no evidence of the players names and an unedited copy to provide, I will be denying this report due to lack of evidence.
