Please (in detail) describe the incident
As i was patrolling the drug dealer, along with some gang members of mine. A random player, came up to my downed gang member, observed him. Afterwards picked up a weapon and put me down without any initialization or any heads up not even a warning to put my hands up. We wanted to solve the situation with Billy, but obviously from the likes of those types. He would not comply neither answer to our summons. The evidence of the video from about 3:40 you see Billy looking up in his inventory interacting with something. Until he takes out a weapon and completely massacres me.
