Proceeded to Meta game and break NLR on 2 occasions, unfortunately was unable to get a screenshot of the chat in time as he was spamming 'wtf' alot, was Metagaming with 2 of his buddies, only caught one other name but Billy was the main offender. Told him repeatedly not to break character in game, but he proceeded to find me and discuss what he had said in OOC chat with me face to face. Broke various rules so just left it as 'other' so you can decide.
