i got a taxi request from the south checkpoint so i get my taxi to drive over there when a person in a mounted lmg and a person on foot with a rifle appear and start spraying me down. my car is broken and i get out to try and talk to them when i keep getting shot at then they drive off without any form of ropleplay, they did also did drive on and rdm other people this was talked about in occ. i do not want/need any comp as i had nothing on me

As the player in question is already banned this report cannot be actioned of course so it will be rejected, sadly without any evidence to show who this other person is no action is available to be taken but considering Bez was banned for that already I presume the other was as well from the looks of it.
